Book Report #1
The Life and Times of a Misunderstood German Shepherd
by Hans Spreckels
This book was only so-so. I like the fact that the print was on the larger side. You can really get through lots of pages that way. This had a surprise ending--which I hate. It turns out that the book is about Hans Spreckels the man. It is not about a dog at all. That was the part I didn't like that much. I thought I was reading about a dog at first. I give this book a B-

A Farewell to Arm Fat
By Mariel Hemingway
A lot of you may not know who Mariel Hemingway is. She is an actress, author and model. Her grandfather is Ernest Hemingway. I've included a picture of him so you'll know.
Ernest Hemingway, pictured here with the chick
that Tom Cruise used to bang.
Back to the book, I thought it was a great way to learn how to tighten your triceps and burn arm fat. She attacks the national epidemic of cankles too. This was a great book for my reading level (yes, I can read at 10th grade level). I give this one a B+
Book Report #3
The Boy With The Tribal Tattoo
By Steve Larson
I didn't get this one at all. I have a tribal tattoo because I'm three-quarter Cherokee Indian. I thought the tattoo looked really cool and don't think the author knows anything about anything. I gave this book an F.
