In 1988, Sean Penn tied Madonna to a chair and beat her for hours.  She did not press charges at the time as Penn was about to serve time for a completely different assault.  We think beating Madonna is retarded.  And you should never go full retard, Sean.

NICK CARTER

Nick Carter beat up Paris Hilton and that is illegal.  We looked it up.  He punched the hotel heiress in her lip and left red marks on her arms, in July 2004.  No charges were filed but Hilton did pose the bruises to photographers.  Nick Carter, if you get him good and drunk, will rock your body.  The Back Hand Boys are back.

TONE LOC

In June 2011, Tone Loc had an altercation with his baby-mama that landed him in custody for three hours.  He posted $50,000 bail and was released.  Supposedly he was carrying a firearm but did not use it in the scrape.  Also, while in custody, there was no report that anyone did the wild thing on his leg.

CHRISTIAN BALE

Christian Bale was inducted into the Hall for an attack on both his mother and sister in a hotel room in London in July, 2008.  Plus his on-set rant with a cinematographer went viral around the interwebs that same month.  Commissioner Gordon needs to set Master Wayne down and give him a stern talking-to.

GARY OLDMAN

On second thought, maybe Batman should have a talk with the commish.  In 2001, Gary Oldman beat his now ex-wife in front of their children.  When she tried to call the police, Oldman beat her with the phone.  Joe Pesci in Casino would be so proud. 

YANNI ??

Yep.  Even New Age musician Yanni was arrested in March 2006 for slapping his girlfriend's face.  While out for dinner, Yanni reportedly told her to move out.  Back home, he called her a "cunt," a "whore" and insisted she pack using garbage bags since she was "garbage."  Wow!
